Nedd Brockman completes Perth to North Bondi Surf Club run 18 Oct 2022

Nedd Brockman, a 23yo tradie who grew up in Forbes NSW, just yesterday afternoon completed the unthinkable. On 1 September, Nedd commenced running from Cottesloe Beach, Perth to Bondi Beach, Sydney in an attempt to not only break a World Record but raise $1m for We Are Mobilise in support of homelessness in Australia.

Nedd set out to complete his mammoth journey in 40 days, meaning he would be running 100km a day. Whilst he didn’t end up breaking the record for the fastest crossing, Nedd has achieved something far more impressive – as at this morning he has raised $1,714,290 (and counting) for We Are Mobile.

Nedd arrived home yesterday afternoon and completed his journey directly out the front of North Bondi Surf Club. As you can see from the images below, he was greeted by thousands of people who had been following his journey on Instagram. I’ve linked his Instagram below as well as his website.
