The Shaw and Partners Foundation was established in 2015 to provide a platform for greater participation in community service. The Foundation seeks to strengthen communities through financial support, volunteering and skills sharing.

 

The Foundation Committee encourages all employees to get involved in causes that they are passionate about through our fundraising matching policy. The majority of our staff and advisers financially contribute to the Foundation in the form of a monthly monetary donation and/or by volunteering their time. 

 

 

Our funding approach 

The Foundation provides funding and advice services through various initiatives, including:

  • Providing financial support to staff and advisers to assist them in their endeavours to fundraise
  • Pro-bono consulting services to charities
  • Monetary grants to organisations that meet our grants criteria.

 

 

 

Our mission is to instil and perpetuate real change in the fabric of Australian society.
