On Friday 1st of June, a combined amount of $4,245 was raised across the Shaw and Partners branch network during the “Biggest Morning Teas” held in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane and Adelaide.

Unlike other charity fundraising events, there was no exertion required, no cycling/running/kayaking, although those activities may have been advisable after all the cakes and biscuits that were consumed.

It was fantastic to have multiple Shaw and Partners offices involved in the event to join Heather Wilson’s long running Sydney Biggest Morning Tea.

The Shaw and Partners Foundation was delighted to match all staff's donations, bringing the total amount raised for the Cancer Council to $8,490.

Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea is Cancer Council Australia's most popular fundraising event and the largest, most successful event of its kind in Australia. Last year, with your help Cancer Council raised $11.9 million to help beat cancer.
