Shaw and Partners has been appointed as placement agent to the proposed issue of Unlisted Senior Secured Loan notes to be issued by Bennelong Funds Management Group. (BFMG)

BFMG is seeking to raise up to approximately A$25 million. The issue price is $1 per note.

The Notes will have a term of 3 years and will pay a coupon of 10% p.a. to be paid quarterly in arrears. The Notes will not be listed on any securities exchange.
