Shaw and Partners appointed as Lead Manager to the proposed capital raising by Black Cat Syndicate News13 Jul 2020

Shaw and Partners is pleased to appointed as Lead Manager to the proposed capital raising by Black Cat Syndicate Limited (ASX.BC8).

 

Black Cat Syndicate is proposing to raise approximately $10.0 million via a Placement of approximately 12.2 million new ordinary fully paid shares at $0.82 per security.

 

The Company reserves the right to accept oversubscriptions.

 

The offer price of $0.82 per security represents a 7.3% discount to last close of $0.885 as at 10 July 2020 and a 6.8% discount to a 10 day VWAP of $0.88 as at 10 July 2020.

 

Black Cat Syndicate is focused on advanced exploration and development of the high grade Bulong Gold Field located just 25 km east of Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. Bulong has access to excellent infrastructure with a sealed road and mains power running through the project.
