Shaw and Partners is pleased to be appointed as Lead Manager to the proposed capital raising by Dreadnought Resources. (ASX : DRE)
The Company is proposing to raise approximately $3.5m via a Placement of approximately 125,000,000 new ordinary fully paid shares at $0.028 per security.
The offer price of $0.028 per security represents a 8.9% discount to a 5 day VWAP of (A$0.0307) as at 19 October 2020.
