Shaw and Partners is pleased to be appointed as Lead Manager to a pre-IPO capital raising by Cheq Pty Ltd (Beforepay)

 

Beforepay is seeking to raise up to $8.0m, with the ability to accept oversubscriptions, by way of an issue of unlisted convertible notes. 

 

Beforepay will utilise the proceeds of the offer to fund loan book growth, customer acquisition and working capital.

 

The offer is available to Australian resident Sophisticated and Professional Investor clients only.
