Shaw and Partners has been appointed as Broker to the two tranche placement announced by Geopacific Resources Limited (ASX.GPR).

GPR proposes to raise up to $130 million through the issue of approximately 310 million shares to be issued at $0.42 per share.

• Tranche 1 will consist of the issue of approximately 43.7 million shares, raising approximately $18 million.
• Tranche 2 will consist of the issue of approximately 265.8 million shares, raising approximately A$112 million.

The Offer Price of $0.42 per share represents a 9.7% discount to the last traded price of 0.465 on 9 December 2020 and a 12.8% discount to the 5 day VWAP of $0.482 to 9 December 2020.
