Shaw and Partners continues strategic pursuit for top-end talent
Australia's premier wealth management firm, Shaw and Partners, continues its strategic pursuit of attracting the finest talent in the industry with the latest addition of a senior advisory team from global investment bank Morgan Stanley in Adelaide.
After successful recruitment endeavours in Perth and Victoria in late 2023, the integration of the RVA Group in Adelaide further fortifies Shaw and Partners' advisory ranks in servicing high net worth clients.
George Deva, Shaw and Partners National Head of Private Wealth, says the move "demonstrates that the highest calibre wealth management professionals continue to choose Shaw and Partners as their home to grow their business and service the evolving advice needs of their clients".
Shaw and Partners SA State Manager Fraser MacLeod ex-tended a warm welcome to the new advisers, emphasising their role in enhancing the company's culture and client offerings. "Our dedication to the Adelaide office has led to an additional long-term investment in our business strengthening our position and presence in the South Australian market," he says.
The latest additions from Morgan Stanley include industry veterans such as former fund manager and Barron's Australia Top 100 Adviser Steve Triantafilidis and stockbroking heavy-weight John Piper.
The team also comprises Matthew White, Scott Daw-son, Andrew Frolow, Oliver Clarke and Khushal Punjabi, all bringing their expertise from Morgan Stanley.
In an industry marked by regulatory shifts, Shaw and Partners stands out as a beacon for top talent, committed to providing holistic advice to clients.
Co-chief executive officer Earl Evans highlights the firm's "genuine partnership approach" with its clients and advisers. "We do our best every day to help our clients achieve their financial objectives, and we have built enormous good-will through our Shaw and Partners Foundation and charitable endeavours, along with many of our sponsorships, which we are truly passionate about," he says.
