In 2022, in collaboration with Gus Worland, Shaw and Partners brought podcast series 'Not an Overnight Success' to life. Sitting down with some of the most accomplished people in business, entertainment and sport, podcast host Gus Worland delves into guests' lives, unravelling their journeys to success.

We're thrilled to be back in 2024 with Season 4, boasting a diverse line-up of guests who have not only reached remarkable heights in their respective fields, but have overcome challenges and adversity to carve out their unique paths to the top.

As with Seasons 1 - 3, Shaw and Partners is donating $10,000 to the charity of choice of each of our guests. To date, over $300,000 has been donated to charity through this podcast.
