Shaw and Partners is thrilled to continue its support as the headline sponsor for the upcoming Shaw and Partners WA Race Week, marking our 6th consecutive year as Naming Rights sponsor.
The Shaw and Partners WA Race Week remains the premier event on the Australian ocean ski paddling calendar, and this year promises to be no different. With a prize pool exceeding $200,000, the Shaw and Partners WA Race Week will deliver an exciting series of five surfski races from November 23-30, culminating in the much-anticipated grand finale, Shaw and Partners "The Doctor," on Saturday, November 30.
"The Doctor," named after the cooling sea breeze that sweeps across Perth on hot days, is a renowned 27km downwind race, starting at Rottnest Island and finishing at Sorrento Beach.
Shaw and Partners WA Race Week draws a strong international field, with paddlers from South Africa, Europe, America, Singapore, and Hong Kong joining forces to compete against the top paddling and surf lifesaving talent from Australia and New Zealand.If you'd like to join the competition, entries are now open at www.oceanpaddler.com
