Last week, T. Rowe Price Portfolio Manager Peter Bates joined Shaw and Partners CIO Martin Crabb for a national roadshow across our offices for the launch of the T. Rowe Price Global Select Equity Portfolio as part of the Shaw Managed Account offering.
In this interview, they delved into Peter’s background and investment strategy. They discussed how to build a concentrated portfolio of stocks, manage risk, and wrapped up with a few stock recommendations.

Rowe Price Global Select Equity SMA uses an active, style-agnostic approach to create a portfolio of global companies with competitive advantages positioned on the right side of secular change. Since its inception in 2021, the strategy has yielded a return of 12.93% p.a. before fees, 2.51% p.a. above its benchmark.
