It was an action-packed two days full of topics such as business planning, mental health practices, sales tactics, body language studies, self-improvement advice, inspiration and motivation - all culminated by watching Australia's best Iron athletes at the annual Shaw and Partners Shannon Eckstein Ironman Classic!
