It was an honour to have Melissa Perry, CEO of White Ribbon Australia, come visit the Shaw and Partners Melbourne office. Melissa discussed the origins and goals of White Ribbon Australia organisation which strive toward eliminating gendered violence through primary prevention in communities as well schools and workplaces.

Melissa was joined by Board Members Tori Best and Julia McLennan to promote their upcoming event.  On the 24th of November, White Ribbon Australia will be hosting a walk in Melbourne CBD to raise awareness for their movement in which they strive for a society where all women and children are safe.

White Ribbon is the world’s largest movement engaging men and boys to end men’s violence against women and girls, promoting gender equality and create new opportunities for men to build positive, healthy and respectful relationships. https://lnkd.in/gSKjbme
