Setting off in December this year, the Shaw and Partners Atlantic Crew, comprised of Sam Horsley, James Samuels, Robert Wells and Louis Hugh-Jones, will be rowing 5,000km across the Atlantic Ocean to raise money and awareness for mental health charity, Gotcha4Life Foundation.

The crew will row shifts day and night in tandem - 2 hours on, 2 hours off, 24 hours a day - pushing the boundaries of physical and mental endurance.
