Shaw and Partners is delighted to be appointed as Sole Lead Manager and Bookrunner to a pre-IPO capital raising by Electriq Global Limited.

Electriq Global is seeking to raise a minimum $4 million with the ability to raise a further $1 million by way of an issue of fully paid ordinary shares to be issued at $0.16 per share.

In addition, the company will issue one free attaching option for every two Shares  with an exercise price of $0.20.
