Shaw and Partners is pleased to be appointed as Joint Lead Manager to the capital raising by Family Zone Cyber Safety (ASX:FZO).

The company is seeking to raise $23 million through the issue of approximately 43.0 million fully paid ordinary shares at $0.535 per share. The company will also conduct a non-underwritten Share Purchase Plan for eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand to raise up to $2 million.

The offer price of $0.535 per share represents a discount of 9.3% to Family Zone’s last close (22 June 2021) of $0.59 per share and an 8.1% discount to 15-day VWAP of $0.5819 per share.

Funds raised will be applied towards continued expansion of team to deliver great customer experiences and acceleration of growth, acquisition of Net-ref and integration and expansion of the Net-ref products.
