Stockbroking and advisory firm Shaw and Partners has bolstered its equity research and adviser teams with four new hires.
Street Talk understands on the research side Shaws has added Ord Minnett operative Jules Cooper and Hartleys analyst Aiden Bradley to its team, to cover technology stocks and mid cap industrials respectively.
Cooper's research focus will initially be targeted at software companies.
Meanwhile, Shaws has also picked up two Brisbane-based financial advisers to join its wealth team, ANZ Private's Greg Maher and Elston Partners' Andrew Faber.
The announcement was made internally at Shaws over the weekend by co-chief executive Earl Evans.
It comes at a busy time of people movement for the stockbroking and advisory outfit.
In mid-August the firm picked up long-time RBC Capital Markets operative Paul Johnston and Canaccord Genuity's head institutional sales trader Mark Hardman.
