Shaw and Partners appointed Joint Lead Manager to the Aeris Environmental equity capital raising News01 Apr 2020

Shaw and Partners is pleased to be appointed as Joint Lead Manager to an equity capital raising by Aeris Environmental Ltd (ASX:AEI).

 

Aeris Environmental is seeking to raise approximately A$10.0 million by issuing up to approximately 23.3 million new fully paid ordinary shares in the company at the offer price of A$0.43 per security.

 

Aeris develops and manufactures products like hard surface disinfectants, skin sanitisers, air-conditioning protection, and a range of environmental hygiene cleaners and treatments.
