The Company is proposing to raise up to approximately $30m, via a Placement and Share Purchase Plan (SPP) of up to approximately 162.2m new ordinary fully paid shares at $0.185 per security.

The offer price of $0.185 per security represents a 21.3% discount to last close of $0.235 and a 15.9% discount to 5-day VWAP of A$0.220.
