Shaw and Partners is pleased to be appointed as Joint Lead Manager to the proposed capital raising by 360 Digital Infrastructure Fund (ASX.TDI).
The Company is proposing to raise up to approximately $15.1m, via a Placement of up to approximately 8.6m new ordinary fully paid units at $1.77 per unit.
The offer price of $1.77 per new security represents a 3.5% discount to the last closing price of $1.835 per security on 26 November 2020 and a 0.9% discount to 5-day VWAP of $1.786 per security on 26 November 2020.
Placement proceeds will be used to provide growth capital to fund a pipeline of investment opportunities.
