Shaw and Partners appointed Co-Manager to the NB Global Corporate Income Trust Entitlement and Shortfall Offer News14 May 2019

Equity Trustees Limited, the responsible entity for the NB Global Corporate Income Trust (ASX: NBI), has today announced a pro rata 1 for 1 non-renounceable entitlement offer and shortfall offer of new fully paid ordinary units in the Trust to raise up to $476.3 million (Offer). The offer price is $2.00 per unit.

 

The offer will be made available to institutional and retail investors in Australia and New Zealand under a product disclosure statement (PDS).

 

Neuberger Berman Australia Pty Ltd is the investment manager of the Trust.
