Shaw and Partners is pleased to be appointed as Lead Manager to the equity capital raising by Carbonxt Group (ASX.CG1).

CG1 is undertaking a Conditional and Unconditional placement of new securities to raise up to approximately $4.0 million. The offer price of $0.36 per security represents a 13.3% discount to last close of $0.415 and a 11.2% discount to 10-day VWAP.

New securities issued under the Unconditional Placement will be issued under the Company’s current placement capacity. New securities issued under the Conditional Placement will be issued subject to shareholder approval, which will be sought at a General Meeting expected to be held in early December 2019.

Following completion of the placement Carbonxt also intends to offer existing eligible security holders the opportunity to participate in a Share Purchase Plan capped at $1.0 million.
