Shaw and Partners has been appointed as Joint Lead Manager to the proposed IPO of Covata Limited (to be renamed dataglobal Limited) (“Covata”, “CVT” or the “Company”).

Covata Limited is seeking to raise $13.7 million (“the Offer”) through the issue of approximately 45.7 million new ordinary fully paid shares (“Offer Securities”) issued at post-consolidation price of A$0.30 per security (“Offer Price”). The Offer is being conducted in conjunction with the consolidation of the capital of the Company and the proposed acquisition of dataglobal GmbH (“dataglobal”).
