Shaw and Partners has been appointed as Joint Lead Manager to the equity capital raising by Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund (ASX: QRI)
QRI is undertaking an accelerated 1 for 1 non renounceable entitlement offer under which eligible unitholders are invited to apply for 1 new unit for every 1 existing units held on the record date at $1.60 per new unit.
QRI seeks to provide unit holders with monthly distributions and capital preservation by investing in a portfolio of secured real estate loans predominantly located in Australia.
