Shaw and Partners has been appointed as Joint Lead Manager to the equity capital raising by CV Check Ltd (ASX.CV1)

CV Check is undertaking a non-underwritten placement of new securities to raise up to $5.0 million at an issue price of $0.17/share.

The issue price of $0.17/share represents a 14.3% discount to the 20-day VWAP and a 8.5% discount to 5-day VWAP on Tuesday 13 August 2019.

Funds raised will be used to accelerate organic growth of its enterprise and SME client base, continue to increase its share of the online verification and screening market, product sale diversification and working capital.
