Shaw and Partners has been appointed as Co-Manager to the offer of new units in Gryphon Capital Income Trust made under the Product Disclosure Statement dated 26 June 2019.

One Managed Investment Funds Limited as the responsible entity of the Trust is seeking to raise a minimum of $108.03 million through the issue of units at the subscription price of $2.00 per unit. The Offer comprises both an Entitlement Offer and a Shortfall Offer.

Gryphon Capital Investments Pty Limited has been appointed as the investment manager of the Trust.

Gryphon Capital Income Trust raised in excess of $175 million in its initial public offer in May 2018 and recently completed a placement of Units to wholesale investors raising approximately $11.82 million (Private Placement).
