Shaw and Partners appointed Joint Lead Manager to the Axsesstoday’s Simple Corporate Bond offering News26 Jun 2018

Axsesstoday has today announced the launch of a Simple Corporate Bond offering to raise a minimum of $50 million. (Issue price is $100 per bond).  Bonds are expected to be quoted on the ASX under the code “ASX: AXLHA”.

 

Shaw and Partners and Evans Dixon are acting as Joint Lead Managers to the offering.

 

The Bond offer comprises a Broker Firm Offer (to Australian resident clients of a Syndicate Broker invited to participate through the Broker Firm Offer) and an Institutional Offer.

 

The proceeds of the Offer will be used for general corporate purposes including continuing to fund Axsesstoday’s growing loan book.

 

No general public offer of the Bonds will be made available.
