Shaw and Partners has been appointed Lead Manager to the $21.5m Brainchip capital raising

 

Brainchip Holdings Limited (ASX.BRN) is seeking to raise up to $21.5m via a placement of up to approximately 119.4m shares to be issued at $0.18 per share.

 

The net proceeds of the placement will be used to:

  • fund ongoing research and development of its existing video analytics products and new AKIDA Processor product;
  • fund operational capabilities, including capacity to service new contract wins; and
  • fund sales and marketing initiatives to drive sales via OEMs, integrators and other partners.
