Shaw and Partners has been appointed Co-Manager of the CommBank PERLS IX Capital Notes (CBAPF) new issue. CBAPF are subordinated, unsecured notes issued by CBA that will be quoted on ASX. CBA intends to raise $750 million. The offer includes a Priority Securityholder offer, which is to eligible Colonial Group Subordinated Noteholders (CNGHA).
