Shaw and Partners appointed a Co-Manager to the Westpac Capital Notes 5 Offer News05 Feb 2018

This morning Westpac announced an offer of fully paid, non-cumulative, convertible, redeemable and transferable, perpetual, unsecured and subordinated notes which will be quoted on ASX (“Westpac Capital Notes 5”).

 

Shaw and Partners has been appointed a Co-Manager to the Westpac Capital Notes 5 Offer.

 

Westpac intends to raise $750 million with the ability to raise more or less. The Offer includes a Reinvestment Offer, which is an Offer to Eligible Westpac CPS holders.

 

The Offer includes a Broker Firm Reinvestment Offer, which is an Offer to Eligible Westpac CPS (WBCPC) Holders.
