Shaw and Partners announced Co-Lead Manager of the $150m Centuria Capital raising News20 Dec 2016

Shaw and Partners and Moelis & Company have been announced Co-Lead Managers of the $150m Centuria Capital raising; a fully underwritten, accelerated, non-renounceable entitlement offer and placement.

 

The termsheet details that the proceeds of the issue are being used to part fund the proposed $217m acquisition of 360 Capital Investment Management Limited and certain related co-investment stakes in 360 Capital Industrial Fund (TIX) and 360 Capital Office Fund (TOF) and certain stakes in 4 unlisted funds, from 360 Capital Group (TGP), and associated transaction costs.

 

The placement is subject to approval at the upcoming EGM on 3rd January 2017.
