NAB & Shaw and Partners named Co-Managers of the Centuria Capital No. 2 Fund News03 Apr 2017

Shaw and Partners has been named Co-Manager to the Centuria Capital No. 2 Fund; Senior Secured Notes offer, alongside National Australia Bank.


Centuria Capital No. 2 Fund is a 100% owned subsidiary of Australian ASX-listed specialist investment manager, Centuria Capital Limited (ASX: CNI).


The Issuer holds strategic equity investments in a number of listed and unlisted property investments including Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX: CIP), Centuria Urban REIT (ASX: CUA) and Centuria Metropolitan REIT (ASX: CMA)


Centuria Funds Management Limited have announced $100 million through the Offer, with the ability to take oversubscriptions.  The Issuer will use the proceeds from the issue of the Notes for general corporate purposes including the refinancing of the A$100 million vendor note.


The Notes will be irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by Centuria Capital Limited (“Unsecured Guarantor”) and irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed, and secured, by the Issuer, Centuria Investment Holdings Pty Limited as trustee of the Centuria Capital No. 2 Office Fund and trustee of the Centuria Capital No. 2 Industrial Fund (“Secured Guarantors”) pursuant to the guarantee (the “Guarantee”) set out in the Security Trust Deed.
